1.1. Fraction Digital provides digital marketing and related services, including but not limited to website development, graphics design, social media management, and SEO.

1.2. The specific services to be provided, project scope, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in a separate service agreement between Fraction Digital and the client.
Intellectual Property:

2.1. All intellectual property rights related to the website, designs, content, and materials created by Fraction Digital shall remain the property of Fraction Digital, unless it is specified
in writing.

2.2. The client shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any of Fraction Digital’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

Confidentiality:
3.1. Fraction Digital and the client shall maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information shared during the project timeline.

3.2. Confidential information includes but is not limited to business strategies, proprietary information, and client data.

Payment Terms:
4.1. When providing the order, 40% of the proposal must be paid in advance.And you have to pay others 60% at the end of the month .

4.2. Payment terms, including deposit requirements, invoicing schedules, and payment methods will be specified in the service agreement.

Security and Privacy:
5.1. Fraction Digital takes data security and privacy seriously. We implement industrystandard security measures to protect client data and information.
5.2. Any personal information shared with Fraction Digital will be treated by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store personal data.

Limitation of Liability:
6.1. Fraction Digital shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website.
6.2. Fraction Digital shall not be responsible for any damages resulting from third-party actions, including but not limited to hosting providers, domain registrars, or social media
platforms.

Termination:
7.1. Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party fails to comply with the agreed-upon terms and conditions.
7.2. Termination of the agreement shall not relieve the client of any financial obligations incurred before termination. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fraction Digital operates.
8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
